Terms of Service

These terms are a deployment template for Estate Mind. The organization operating your deployment should identify itself and replace or supplement these terms as required. By using the service, you agree to the terms published by that operator.
1. Accounts and authorized access
Use the service only through an account you are authorized to access. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, use the role assigned to you, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law.
2. Permitted use
The service supports property, tenancy, billing, security-deposit, payroll, maintenance, inventory, directory, document, communication, and approval workflows. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful or malicious material, access another person's records without authority, or use the service in violation of law or contract.
3. Records, files, and decisions
Users and the operator are responsible for reviewing entered data, uploaded files, approvals, calculations, exports, and business decisions. The service is an operational recordkeeping tool and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, engineering, or safety advice. A displayed payment or deposit status does not itself confirm bank settlement or alter the parties' underlying agreement.
4. Availability and changes
Features may depend on internet access and third-party infrastructure. Maintenance, security updates, provider outages, or configuration changes may temporarily affect availability. The operator should maintain appropriate operational procedures, verify exports and reports, and communicate material workflow changes to its users.
5. Suspension and termination
The operator may restrict or terminate access when an account is no longer authorized, these terms are violated, or action is reasonably needed to protect the service, its users, or data. Record retention and access after termination are governed by the operator's policies, applicable agreements, and law.
6. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any warranty, liability limitation, indemnity, governing-law clause, or dispute process must be supplied and validated by the operator for its jurisdiction and contracts; nothing in this template excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Contact and changes to these terms
The operator may update its terms and should publish the effective date and provide notice when required. For questions, contact your property operator or system administrator.
